The Stir-Fry Guru Cooks for the Holidays

Seasonal ingredients and bold flavors add healthy zing to celebratory meals.
Published December 3, 2015

December is a tough month when it comes to eating well. Between the parties, holiday cookies and feasts, it can be hard for a food lover to stay on Plan. So it’s no surprise that my holiday strategy involves delicious stir-fries. This month I’m looking to seasonal ingredients and bold flavors that add zing to mealtime celebrations. My favorites include Curried Vegetables with Coconut Milk, Ginger Chicken with Broccoli and Cider Dijon Pork with Vegetables. They’re all super flavorful and filled with great nutrition. Make your holidays sizzle with these recipes, and happy stir-frying!
