Use this advice to handle the pressure family and friends may inflict when you are trying to eat well or lose weight.

Social events that involve food can be tricky to navigate when you're trying to eat healthfully or to lose weight. Here's some advice from WW Coaches to help you gracefully negotiate friends, family, and other food-related situations. 

 

1. Don’t get mad—get healthy

2. Take it in stride

3. Tell your truth
