- Spread 1/4 c marinara sauce onto a medium whole-wheat tortilla
- Sprinkle with 1/4 c part-skim shredded mozzarella
- Top with 10–14 thin slices turkey pepperoni and 9 sliced olives
- Bake at 350°F until cheese melts and tortilla crisps, 3-5 minutes
