2025
Year in Review
By: Weight Watchers
Scientifically reviewed by Kelli Richardson
For the Weight Watchers community, 2025 had its ups (New friends! More ways to get healthier!) and downs (millions of pounds lost). But that doesn’t tell the whole story. As the ball drop on NYE gets closer, we wanted to share some highlights of the year that was.
trillion steps walked: You guys put one foot in front of the other again, and again, and again.
billion Points® tracked: Tracking isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it.
million Workshop check-ins: That’s more than the population of Los Angeles.
And you told us you gained more: Confidence, quality of life, motivation, and accountability.*
*Based on survey responses from 726 current or lapsed Weight Watcher members in the U.S. who engage with the WW app or website at least a few times per month, and have tried to lose weight in the past 2 years.

The food's where it's at
No doubt about it: 2025 was all about being healthy, but doing it in the most delicious way possible. Presenting this year’s Food Hall of Fame.
Jan 13 was the most tracked day of 2025. New Year’s resolutions were still going strong.
Nov 1 was the least tracked day of the year. Post-Halloween-fun hangovers are no joke.
