From dance to walking, and from Pilates to boxing, join our qualified instructors who will motivate and guide you the whole way through. You don’t need any fancy equipment - all you need is some space in your own home!
Looking to calm your mind and take a breather from your busy schedule? We're also running guided meditation sessions to help you relax, refresh and refocus.

How long are the classes?
Walking, Dance Fitness and Pilates classes last 30-45 mins.
Guided Meditation will range from 13 to 30 minutes, including time for reflection.
How to join
