Since the start of 2020, 38% of UK adults have felt less healthy and happy, and 34% claim to have been less active than usual*. We want to change this. That's why we're encouraging you to take time out of your day to walk and talk with us. Because even at a distance, we're all in this together.

How to get involved

Everyone is invited to take part in the Walk to Wellness challenge - whether you're a WW member or not!

How to join

1. Click the link below to open Zoom on your computer, tablet or phone
2. Click 'Join Meeting as an Attendee'
3. Once the meeting has started, click the ‘Chat’ button to join the conversation and ask questions.

Don't miss out!

Our Walk to Wellness events are completely free, and you can access the live stream from any connected device and browser. If you can't join us live, don't worry - you won't miss out on the fun! Every walk will be available after the event across WW’s digital channels.

So step away from your desk, take a break from homeschooling, and lace up your trainers. Our expert Digital 360 coaches are ready and raring to go - and they might even be joined by a celebrity guest or two!

The more you walk, the more money we'll raise for the Trussell Trust charity

As part of the Walk to Wellness challenge, we're raising vital funds for the Trussell Trust.

We’ll be donating £10,000 and you can get involved too! For every walk you join, you can clock up steps and earn coins using the free app, Sweatcoin. Every coin you earn and choose to donate to the Trussell Trust, will help them to continue to support people in crisis and work towards a hunger free future for everyone.

During the first six months of the pandemic, food banks in the Trussell Trust’s network provided 1.2m emergency food parcels to people in crisis. That included 2,600 food parcels for children every single day.
