Get started on PersonalPoints the easy way, with these handy 5-day meal plans that make healthy eating simple and delicious.

Customise your quantities

Unless stated, the serving sizes of these recipes are for one serving. Adapt them according to your PersonalPoints Budget, and/or multiply them to feed more, or to stock up your fridge and/or freezer.

Mix and match

Whether you follow the menu plan day-by-day or mix and match, there are plenty of delicious choices that everyone will love. Perfect for a simple introduction to healthy eating!

Add your drinks

It is advisable to consume at least 1.75L of water per day (i.e. about 9 glasses of water). Get in the habit, track your water consumption on the app and add a maximum of one Point per day to your daily budget.
