Reduced Fat Natural Cottage Cheese
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
2 medium, finely chopped
1 teaspoon(s), finely chopped (eg chives, basil, dill)
1 pinch, & freshly ground black pepper
Bake the potato in a hot oven for an hour, or until a skewer inserted in the potato passes through easily. Mix together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, spring onion and herbs. Season to taste and serve in the hot potato, with a generous side salad.
