What should I do if I lose my access code or if it's invalid when I sign up?
If you have any issues with the code you were given, please contact the WW employee who referred you.
Will I be charged for this programme?
Your initial term of sign up will be at no cost; however, once that term ends, you will be automatically enrolled into our monthly recurring subscription option at the standard monthly price. You can cancel at any time. Please refer to the terms & conditions presented to you during the sign up process.
Can I switch to this programme if I already have a WeightWatchers account?
If you have an inactive account, please select the option to login during the sign up process instead or creating a new account.
