Cancellation rights

Cancelling within 14 days of purchase

If you have bought a membership plan from our website or in some other way that wasn't at a Workshop and wasn't face-to-face, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of purchase completion without giving any reason. Alternatively, if you have switched plans online or otherwise than at a Workshop and your new plan includes an element you didn't have before (such as a Workshop subscription or WW Digital subscription), you have the right to cancel this new element of your contract within 14 days of purchase completion without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of purchase completion. To exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase, either use our model cancellation form below, or inform us at:

of your decision to cancel the contract or the additional element of the contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract or the additional element of the contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you in respect of the contract or the additional element of the contract. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as result of the reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated to us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

If you exercise your cancellation right for an additional element of the contract, you will go back to your previous membership product(s) and the financial and other arrangements that applied to it/them.

Sign-up process and conclusion of the contract on the website and via mobile

If you would like to sign up for WW Digital via our website or a mobile device, we first ask you to select a payment plan. You then have to complete your health profile, create your account login and enter your payment details. By accepting the subscription terms and clicking the "Sign Up and Pay" button, the sign-up process will be completed and you are submitting a legally binding offer. The agreement is then concluded.

If you would like to sign up for Unlimited Workshops + Digital via our website or a mobile device, you have to complete your health profile, create your account login and enter your payment details. By accepting the subscription terms and clicking the "Sign Up and Pay" button, the sign-up process will be completed and you are submitting a legally binding offer. The agreement is then concluded.

Sign-up process and conclusion of the contract via our iOS app

To sign-up to WW Digital via our mobile app, you have to log into your customer account. If you don't have a customer account, you have to first register a customer account. To do this, please enter your personal data. By accepting our terms of use and clicking on the "Complete Registration" button, your registration will be complete and you can then start the sign-up process for WW Digital. First you will need to complete your health profile. By accepting our subscription terms and clicking the "Proceed with Purchase" button, the sign-up process will be completed and you are submitting a legally binding offer.

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. When you receive the confirmation email the contract is concluded. You will then be directed to another page controlled by Apple and you will be asked to confirm your purchase again and to log into your iTunes account. The payment for your subscription will be handled via your iTunes account.
