What first came to mind reading that? Did it include lifting weights or working out?

The reality is that being strong is about so much more.

It’s about strengthening our minds and confidence, too.

- Mental strength is key for responding to all kinds of setbacks and challenges... eating more than we planned, a number on the scale that won’t budge, or even a disagreement with friends.

- The same goes for building up confidence in our abilities (aka our self-efficacy). Our confidence gets stronger when we begin experiencing small successes. And the more confident we feel, the more steps we’ll take on our journeys.

That’s not to say physical strength isn’t important, too. It can help grow our activity routines, improve our health, lead to a better night of sleep, and impact our eating habits (hello, more protein).

And that’s where WW’s Weekly Techniques can help. The key to getting stronger - whether it’s in mind, body, or confidence? Practice and repetition.

Are you ready to get stronger? Follow along this month - and check back throughout the next four weeks for our the rest of our Weekly Techniques!
