Become a meal-planning pro

Try this!

Spend a few minutes answering these questions so you can map out some (or all!) of what you’ll eat this week.

Which meals do you want to plan? What are you going to make*? *(The WW app has over 11,000 recipes to choose from!) What do you need to buy? What do you need to prepare?

Let’s dive a little deeper...

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again… Meal planning may not sound sexy, but it can make your life - and your weight-loss journey - a whole lot easier. Just follow these four simple steps:

1. Figure out which meals you want to plan for this week. New to meal planning? Start with making one meal. Already a meal-prepping pro? Try making a few things.

2. Decide what to actually make. Browse the thousands of recipes in the WW app and see what takes your fancy. There’s truly something for everyone. Don’t forget to plan snacks and sides, not just meals!

3. Create a grocery list. Check your fridge and pantry to see what you still need - and schedule what day and time you’ll shop.

4. Plan for meal planning. Yes, planning takes, well, planning. Think about how much time you’ll need and when you’ll start cooking.

Planning ahead of time what you’ll eat - and how you’ll make it happen - can be just the key to helping you stay on track when you’re starting, restarting, or just continuing on WW. It’s also a great way to start a week off on a seriously strong foot.
