Your questions answered about eating ZeroPoint™ foods

Foods designated as 'ZeroPoint foods' were chosen because they form the foundation for a healthy eating pattern and are much less likely to be overeaten than other foods. (It’s a lot harder to eat six apples than six biscuits).

In a carefully monitored clinical trial*, participants were able to eat ZeroPoint foods, without tracking or measuring, and lose weight successfully. So go ahead and enjoy them!

If you’re concerned about overeating, our guidance is to eat ZeroPoint foods until you’re satisfied, but not 'stuffed'– you don’t want to feel like you’ve just eaten Christmas dinner!

*Six-month pre-post study on 152 participants, conducted by Dr. Deborah Tate at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Weight Research Center. Study funded by WW.
