How to use your weekly Points® Budget
Zoe is here to make sure you're maxing out your PersonalPoints™!

Let's talk weeklies and rollovers! These extra Points are designed to give you maximum flexibility, so you can stay on track and keep losing weight while enjoying life.
Weekly Points
Weekly Points - or weeklies - are just as they sound. They’re extra Points you’re given on top of your daily Points to act as a cushion when you need it. You can spread them out throughout the week, use them all at once, or not use them at all. It’s completely up to you.
Weeklies are great for helping you handle all those unexpected, and not-so-unexpected, events that form part of everyday life. After all, this journey isn’t about depriving yourself of anything. Life happens, which is why nothing’s off the menu at WW.
Here are a couple of situations where you might want to use your weeklies:
Planned social occasions
Whether it’s a Friday night takeaway or dinner out with friends, there are some occasions where you know you’re going to exceed your daily Points Budget. And that’s completely fine. With a little bit of planning, you can use your weeklies for these moments and still finish up the week on track. Think of them as a tool in your planning-ahead kit, which helps you live your life while losing weight.
Spontaneous events
You can’t plan for everything in life, and you’ll often find yourself in a situation you hadn’t prepared for. Maybe someone’s brought a birthday cake into the office, or perhaps you’re invited out for a spur-of-the-moment happy hour with friends. Rather than missing out on joyful occasions or worrying about exceeding your daily Budget, you can use your weeklies as a buffer.
Rollovers
We all lead busy lives and, when it comes to eating and drinking, it’s rare that every day looks the same. Some days you’ll use all of your daily Points, while on others you’ll have a few left over. To give you the flexibility to make healthy choices in a way that suits you, you can roll over up to 4 unused daily Points and add them to your weekly Points allowance.
This increases your bank of weeklies, giving you the freedom to structure your week however you like. For many of us, that might mean using fewer Points throughout the week and more at the weekend, when we want to go out for dinner or have an extra glass of wine.
People sometimes get nervous using weeklies and rollovers as they think they’ll gain weight, but these were built in when we calculated your Budget. It means you can use them how and when you like, with the peace of mind that you’re on track to meet your goal.
Top takeaways:
Rollovers = Up to four unused daily Points that automatically go into your weekly Points
You get a fresh set of weekly Points each week. (And we want you to use them! They're already calculated into your Budget.)
