Get started: Our 6 week plan

Improve your fitness in just 6 weeks

Six weeks from today you could be feeling the benefits of being fitter and feeling more energised. So why wait? Get started today with our easy-to-follow plan.

The plan

This workout plan is designed to get you from Level 1 to Level 2 in 6 weeks. Part 2 will then take you from level 2 to level 3 in 6 weeks.

Everyone is fitter and stronger in different ways, so if you are struggling with a specific workout, or don’t feel ready to progress on to the next level when the schedule says, then you can always repeat a week. If you feel ready to move on to the next level of a workout before the schedule suggests, then you can, just make sure that you can perform all the exercises safely before progressing.

The workouts

There are three 10 minute workouts in each level. Each of the workouts use the same key movements, which gradually get more difficult as you move through the levels.

Sweat it out – These workouts are designed to get you moving and to prepare you for the other workouts in the same level. These are cardio, aerobic style routines to improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and cardio fitness.

Shake it off - This workout focuses on muscles in the lower body, including legs, thighs and bottom. They are all standing routines and require no equipment. Low and high impact versions are offered for anyone with hip, knee or ankle problems.

Tone it up – This workout targets the upper body including arms, shoulders, tummy and back. They are floor based routines, so users may require a mat to sit or lay on. Key safety information is given to support anyone with back or neck problems.

Where to start?

Take a look at the information below which will help you decide what’s best for you:

  • If you’re a fitness beginner and currently do no or little activity then Level 1 is a good place for you to start.

  • If you are currently doing some form of exercise but it’s infrequent and at a light to moderate intensity then Level 2 is for you.

  • If you are frequently active are looking to add an ‘at home’ fitness routine into your own fitness plans then Level 3 is the one for you.

Include a 5 min warm up and cool down on each workout day.
