Tracking tip: Search for a specific restaurant’s menu item first; if it’s not in the database, track a similar dish from a different restaurant.
Points-saving hacks
1. When choosing your protein, go with ZeroPoint® fresh tofu (just make sure it’s not fried), prawns, or chicken (if it’s skinless breast meat).
2. In the mood for fish? Ask which dishes are grilled or steamed instead of fried. And go for broth- or citrus based sauces instead of sweet.
3. If you want curry, go red or green; massaman curry is higher in Points.
4. Spicy Thai salads are satisfying and low in Points. Don’t love the heat? Ask for it mild—and for extra of the fresh veg that comes with it.
