Rewind and refresh: using your rollovers

Rollovers give you the flexibility to use fewer Points® one day, and roll over remaining ones for a day when you need them.

When it comes to eating, every day is unique, which is why the WeightWatchers programme offers plenty of flexibility to help you achieve your goals.

In many ways, Mondays and Sundays can seem worlds apart. On a Monday, you're likely full of good intentions. The social calendar is usually a little emptier, and work or other commitments keep you occupied.

However, weekends can be a completely different story. In addition to stepping out of your usual routine, social events with friends and family present an assortment of opportunities to potentially eat or drink more than planned.

That's where rollovers come in!

Some days, you may not use all the Points in your daily Budget, while other days you might use them all, plus a few extra.

That's why up to 4 unused daily Points can roll over into your weekly Points allowance - your 'weeklies' - to give you a bigger bank to use whenever and however you like, perhaps for a dessert, glass of wine or meal out.

If you have any extra Points at the end of the day, you'll get a message in your app letting you know how many Points were added to your weeklies.

Or, you can choose not to use them at all: it's totally up to you. If you don’t want to roll over Points into your weekly allowance, you can opt out in your WW app settings at any time.
