Find a non-WW support buddy!

Try this!

Pick someone who’s not on WW to bring along on your weight-loss and wellness journey. This can make it easier and give you a welcome boost of support.

1. Think of one person in your daily life who impacts or is impacted by your being on WW. That could be your partner, kid, friend, parent, or coworker. 2. Choose one strategy to include that person on your journey. Samples: Make meal prep time about the entire family—not just what you eat. Pack a lunch for your child or significant other. Turn catch-up time into activity time. Ask a friend to take a walk with you. Ask your family what they prefer to eat for dinner. Then, find a recipe they’ll like in the WW app (there are over 10,500 to choose from!). 3. Create a plan based on steps 1 and 2. It should detail who you’re including, the strategy you’ll try, and when and how you’ll make it happen.

Let’s dive a little deeper...

We’ve heard it before: Setting up your environment for success is seriously helpful. But our environment isn’t just limited to physical spaces - it also includes the people in our lives. Whether it’s your mum, child, friend, or co-worker, you being on WW can impact them and vice versa.

Getting someone close to you involved - without pressuring them to do exactly what you’re doing - can make it easier to stick with the programme and give you support. While your hubby may want to help you cook a healthy meal, your kids might only enjoy eating that meal... and that’s OK.
