Why you should do what works
You might already have more tools in your toolbox than you think.

Same.
It’s pretty common to have a tendency to notice, and focus on, the not-so-great things in life. It can also be common to think that getting healthier and losing weight means needing to overcome "weaknesses". That can lead to feeling uninspired, defeated, and unsure of ourselves when it comes to reaching our weight-loss and wellness goals.
This month we’re flipping the switch.
By focusing on what comes naturally for us, we’re way more likely to achieve those goals. Studies show that people who actually leverage their strengths instead of focusing on "fixing" any perceived weak spots are happier in the long run.
Side note:Happier people make healthier choices.
Even better, when we create goals around what comes naturally to us or what’s worked in the past, we’re bound to be more successful since we feel confident - and, importantly, our journey feels livable.
