Just like recording your weight and what you eat, tracking your sleep can be a powerful wellness tool. Knowing how much sleep you get and when you’re getting it can show you what’s working (and what’s not), giving you the power to make healthy changes that improve your shut-eye.

Did you know you can track your sleep in the WW app? You can either track your zzz's manually or sync a wearable device (like a Fitbit) to the WW app for automatic sleep tracking. If your device is already synced to the WW app for activity tracking, your sleep data will automatically sync too.

Track your sleep daily to learn what your personal patterns are, plus discover science-backed technique to help you build healthier sleep habits over time. Here's to better zzz's!
