WW named #1 diet plan for weight loss


WW (Weight Watchers) has been recognised once again by health experts in the 2019 Best Diets rankings by U.S. News & World Report.

WW, a global wellness company and the world's leading commercial weight management programme, retained the #1 spot for both "Best Diet for Weight Loss" and "Best Commercial Diet" for the ninth consecutive year. 

WW also retained the #2 spot for "Easiest to Follow" diet, which speaks to the liveability of the programme. In fact, the WW Freestyle™ programme has become the most effective and liveable weight management program in WW history, and it's proven to help people lose weight, sleep better, and feel happier*. Additionally, WW retained the #4 spot for "Best Diet Overall."
