Breakfast


Top tracked breakfast options on the WW app include the: 

  • Super Scrambled Eggs, Tomato & Spinach Hot Box for 7SP on Green, and 4SP on Blue and Purple
  • Berry Crunch Pot (Greek-style yoghurt with granola and mixed berry compote) for 8SP on all three plans
  • Classic Oatmeal or Five Grain Oatmeal for 10SP on Green and Blue, and 7SP on Purple

Need a carb fix? The All Day Breakfast Roll is 13SP on Green and 12SP on Blue and Purple, and the Sausage Sandwich is 15SP on all three plans.

Coffees


Who else only needs coffee on days ending with ‘y’? Here’s a quick SmartPoints guide to the most important thing on the menu at Starbucks:

  • Cappuccino, Tall, Skimmed Milk 3SP
  • Caffe Latte, Tall, Skimmed Milk 4SP
  • Coffee Light Frappuccino, No Whip, Tall, Skimmed Milk 4SP
  • Coffee Light Caramel Frappuccino, No Whip, Tall, Skimmed Milk 5SP
  • Caramel Macchiato, Tall, Skimmed Milk 7SP
  • Classic Hot Chocolate with Whipped Cream, Short, Skimmed Milk 7SP

Treating yourself to a topping? Flavoured sugar free syrup is 0SP for one to four pumps. Flavoured syrup is 1SP for one pump, 3SP for two pumps, 4SP for three pumps and 5SP for four pumps.

Paninis, toasties and salads


If you’re staying for lunch, the Vegan Roasted Vegetable Salad is a fairly low SmartPoints option, clocking in at 9SP on Green and Blue, and 8SP on Purple.

For 11SP on all three plans, you can get the Mini Grilled Cheese & Ham Toastie. The Tuna Melt Panini is 12SP on Green and 11SP on Blue and Purple. The Mozzarella, Tomato & Red Pesto Panini is 13SP on all three plans. 

Feeling super cheesy? The Five Cheese Toastie and the Vegan Mac Hot Box (a vegan mac ‘n’ cheese) are 16SP each on all three plans.

Snacks


If your willpower starts to wane when you catch sight of the tasty looking treats in the display, you’re not alone!

A Butter Croissant is 10SP, a Pain au Chocolat is 11SP and a Skinny Blueberry Muffin is 12SP on all three plans.

Alternatively, the Chocolate Brownie is 16SP and the Luxury Fruit Toast is 18SP on all three plans. Why not share with a friend for all the taste and half the SmartPoints?
