Impress the family with this new take on classic wheat biscuits, layered with creamy yoghurt and tangy berries.

Ingredients

Frozen berries

400 g

Orange rind

1 tsp, finely grated

Wheat biscuit

3 individual, crumbled

Pecans

¼ cup(s), (40g)

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

1¼ cup(s), (300g)

Instructions

  1. Place berries and rind in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on High (100%) for 2 minutes or until warm. Reserve 1 tablespoon berry mixture.
  2. Combine wheat biscuits and half the pecans in a small bowl.
  3. Spoon berry mixture into two 1-cup (250ml) capacity glasses. Top with half the yoghurt and all the wheat biscuit mixture. Top with remaining yoghurt, reserved berry mixture and remaining pecans. Serve.
