These refreshing and fruity popsicles make the perfect cool-down treat.
200 g, seedless, chopped
100 g, chopped
1 tsp, chopped
Granulated stevia sweetener
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor to form a smooth purée.
- Pour mixture into 4 popsicle moulds (75ml capacity) and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 6 hours, or overnight, until frozen solid.
- To serve, run moulds under warm water for a few seconds to help release popsicles.
