If you have watermelon and diet ginger beer, then you have all that’s needed for a red, fizzy punch. Fun and uplifting, your guests will never know how simple it is to make!
Ingredients

Watermelon

1200 g, (1.2kg) seedless

diet ginger beer

375 ml, (1x375ml can)

Instructions

  1. Place 1kg watermelon flesh in a large jug (reserve remaining to serve). Using a hand-held blender, blend until smooth. Strain into a large jug. Stir in ginger beer.
  2. Finely chop the reserved flesh and add to watermelon jug with ice cubes to serve.
