If you’re looking for a smoothie that will warm during the winter time, then look no further! Mixed into hot chocolate milk are colourful berries and yoghurt for extra creaminess.

Ingredients

Skim milk

1 cup(s)

Dark chocolate

1 square(s)

Frozen berries

½ cup(s)

Plain or natural yoghurt, low-fat, no added sugar

1 tbs

Ground LSA seed mix (linseed, sunflower, almond)

2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat milk with 1 square dark chocolate until melted.
  2. Place in a blender with frozen berries, yoghurt and LSA.
  3. Blend quickly and serve warm.
