Ingredients
White chocolate chips
⅓ cup(s), (65g)
Sweetened coconut flakes
⅓ cup(s), (15g)
Fresh strawberries
20 individual

Slice the top and bottom off each strawberry and set aside on a plate.

Microwave chocolate in a small heatproof bowl in 15 second bursts on High (100%), stirring until smooth and melted. Place coconut in a medium bowl. Dip both ends of strawberries into melted chocolate, then dip into coconut to coat chocolate. Return strawberries to plate with larger end of the strawberries facing down. Refrigerate for 1 hour, or until chocolate is set.
