Turkey, apple and smoked cheddar wrap

Apple adds sweetness and crunch - a great flavour and texture addition to this lunch that's a cinch to make.
Ingredients
  • Wrap, wholemeal
    96 g, (2x48g mini wraps)
  • wholegrain mustard
    1 tbs
  • cos lettuce
    2 cup(s), (4 leaves) oak variety
  • celery
    ½ individual, thinly sliced
  • Apple, red, unpeeled, fresh
    ¼ medium, cored thinly slcied
  • smoked lean turkey
    68 g, (Buy 75g) skin removed, fat trimmed
  • Cheese, smoked cheddar
    10 g, shaved
Instructions
  1. Place wraps on a board. Spread mustard evenly down the centre of each wrap. Top each with lettuce, celery, apple, turkey and cheese. Roll up wraps to enclose filling.
Notes
TIP: Buy shaved turkey fillet from the deli section of major supermarkets. (It’s a cooked and smoked turkey breast.) Trim any skin and excess fat before using.
