Turkey, apple and smoked cheddar wrap

Apple adds sweetness and crunch - a great flavour and texture addition to this lunch that's a cinch to make.
Wrap, wholemeal96 g, (2x48g mini wraps)
wholegrain mustard1 tbs
cos lettuce2 cup(s), (4 leaves) oak variety
celery½ individual, thinly sliced
Apple, red, unpeeled, fresh¼ medium, cored thinly slcied
smoked lean turkey68 g, (Buy 75g) skin removed, fat trimmed
Cheese, smoked cheddar10 g, shaved
- Place wraps on a board. Spread mustard evenly down the centre of each wrap. Top each with lettuce, celery, apple, turkey and cheese. Roll up wraps to enclose filling.
