Apple adds sweetness and crunch - a great flavour and texture addition to this lunch that's a cinch to make.

Ingredients

Wholemeal wrap

96 g, (2 x 48g mini wraps)

Whole grain mustard

1 tbs

Cos lettuce

4 individual, (4 leaves) oak variety

Celery

½ stick(s), thinly sliced

Red apple, unpeeled

¼ medium, cored thinly slcied

Turkey, sliced, 98% fat-free

75 g

Cheese, smoked cheddar

10 g, shaved

Instructions

Place wraps on a board. Spread mustard evenly down the centre of each wrap. Top each with lettuce, celery, apple, turkey and cheese. Roll up wraps to enclose filling.
