Tuna steak with white bean and tomato salad
Canned cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
1 can(s), (1 x 400g can)
Artichoke hearts, canned, rinsed, drained
150 g, halved
1 small, thinly sliced
1 clove(s), crushed
Red wine vinegar
640 g, (4x160g steaks)
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Combine beans, artichokes, tomatoes, onion, rocket, oregano, garlic, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl.
- Lightly spray a large non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over high heat. Season tuna with salt and freshly ground black pepper, cook tuna for 1-2 mins each side or to your liking. Serve with cannellini bean salad.
