Tropical breakfast smoothie
Starting your morning with this smoothie and you’ll feel as though you are on a tropical island. Fresh fruit and mixed with these good-for-you ingredients – Yum!
½ small, ripe, chopped
¼ medium, chopped
99% fat-free fruit yoghurt, sweetened
80 g, (1/3 cup) no added sugar, passionfruit flavoured
½ cup(s), (125ml)
⅓ cup(s), (15g)
Linseed or flaxseed
2 tsp, ground
- Blend banana, mango, yoghurt, milk, wheat flakes, flaxseed and ice in a blender until smooth. Serve.
- Pour mixture into a tall chilled glass to serve.
