Starting your morning with this smoothie and you’ll feel as though you are on a tropical island. Fresh fruit and mixed with these good-for-you ingredients – Yum!


Ingredients
Banana(s)
½ small, ripe, chopped
Mango
¼ medium, chopped
Fruit flavoured yoghurt, 99% fat-free, no added sugar
80 g, (1/3 cup) no added sugar, passionfruit flavoured
Skim milk
½ cup(s), (125ml)
Wheat flakes
⅓ cup(s), (15g)
Linseed or flaxseed
2 tsp, ground
Instructions

Blend banana, mango, yoghurt, milk, wheat flakes, flaxseed and ice in a blender until smooth. Serve.

Pour mixture into a tall chilled glass to serve.
