With all the creaminess of porridge, this heavenly no-cook brekkie is light, fruity and fresh.

Ingredients

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

½ cup(s), (120g)

Natural muesli

¼ cup(s), (30g)

Wheat flakes

¼ cup(s), (10g)

Skim milk

cup(s), (80ml)

Mango

¼ medium, peeled

Peach(es)

1 medium, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Reserve 1 tablespoon of yoghurt. Combine the remaining yoghurt, muesli, wheat flakes in a small bowl. Cover and place in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight for the mixture to infuse.
  2. Dice two-third of the mango and slice the remaining. Stir in the diced mango and peach into the muesli mixture. Top with sliced mango and a dollop of remaining yoghurt.

Notes

All the creaminess of an oat porridge without having to cook. If you do like a little crunch, stir the wheat flakes just before serving to get the full contrast of texture.
