Fresh ginger
2 tsp, finely grated
Unsweetened almond milk

1 small, thinly sliced

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

Instructions

Place oats, honey, ginger and almond milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 7-10 minutes or until mixture has thickened. Set aside for 2 minutes.

Serve topped with banana, yoghurt and passionfruit.
