Tomato and strawberry salad
Fresh tomato, strawberries, balsamic vinegar and fresh baby basil leaves makes a great combination for this side salad.
1 cup(s), assorted heirloom variety, sliced
4 individual, thickly sliced
¼ cup(s), baby
Cheese, buffalo mozarella
100 g, torn
- Slice a selection of heirloom tomatoes. Halve strawberries. Arrange tomato and strawberry on a serving platter. Drizzle with oil and balsamic vinegar. Scatter with basil leaves and torn buffalo mozzarella.
