Dry rolled oats

- Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Place rolled oats, pepitas, sunflower seeds, sultanas and maple syrup in a medium bowl, combining well. Place mixture on a baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow mixture to cool for a few minutes, then serve ¼ cup (40g) toasted muesli per person. Toasted muesli can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Enjoy with a 150g tub of vanilla yoghurt and ½ cup (115g) fresh or frozen raspberries scattered over the top.TIP: Feeding a large family or have a busy schedule coming up? Double the quantities to make a larger batch that will see you through the entire week.
