1 bunch(es), (Chinese broccoli), coarsely chopped
Skinless chicken breast, grilled or barbecued
250 g, shredded
White boiled rice
3 cup(s), (cold)
20 ml, (1 tbs)
- Lightly spray a wok with oil and heat over high heat. Add ginger and the gai larn stalks, stir-fry for 2 mins. Add the gai larn leaves and 1 tbs water, stir-fry for 2 mins or until leaves are bright green and tender.
- Add the chicken, rice and kecap manis, stir-fry for 2-3 mins or until well combined and heated.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Lime wedges.
