If you are pressed for time in the morning why not try a smoothie? Apple and kiwifruit will create a great colour and the yoghurt will add creaminess.


Ingredients
Nutritional supplement, green powder
1 tsp
Green apple, unpeeled
½ medium, chopped
Kiwifruit
1 medium, chopped
Apple juice no added sugar
¼ cup(s), no added sugar
Greek yoghurt, plain, low-fat, no added sugar
⅓ cup(s)
Rolled oats, dry
8 g, (1 Tbs)
Instructions

Blend apple, kiwifruit, juice, yoghurt, oats, powder and ½ cup (125ml) water in a blender until smooth. Serve.
