Strawberry frozen yoghurt

500 g, hulled, chopped
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
- Process strawberries, yoghurt, honey and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth. Place in a 1 litre plastic container. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
- Using a knife, coarsely chop yoghurt mixture. Process in a food processor until smooth. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm. Stand frozen yoghurt at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving in scoops. Makes approx 1 litre.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Fresh strawberries and strips of lemon rind.
