Strawberry and cookie trifle
Trifle doesn’t have to be complicated, so why not enjoy this sweet treat that is ready in no time? With crunchy biscuit, sweet strawberry and smooth yoghurt, what’s not to love!
Low-fat vanilla yoghurt
Chocolate wheaten biscuit
- Place the digestive biscuits in a large metal bowl. Using the end of a rolling pin, coarsely crush biscuits.
- Thinly slice strawberries. Divide one-third of the strawberries among four 3/4 cup (185ml) capacity serving glasses. Top with 1/3 cup yoghurt.
- Top with half the remaining strawberries and another 1/3 cup yoghurt. Top with remaining strawberries and crushed biscuits. Serve.
TIP: You can use any fresh fruit instead of strawberries.
