Strawberry and chocolate quesadilla

Chocolate hazelnut spread
250 g, hulled, thinly sliced, plus extra to serve
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
⅓ cup(s), (80ml)
- Lightly spray one side of 2 tortillas with olive oil. Place, oil-side down, on bench. Spread half the chocolate spread over each tortilla. Sprinkle lightly with 1 pinch cinnamon. Top with the strawberries.
- Top with remaining 2 tortillas. Spray with oil. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Carefully lift one tortilla stack into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden. Repeat for the remaining tortilla stack.
- Cut each stack into wedges. Divide among serving plates. Serve with the yoghurt, remaining cinnamon and extra strawberries.
