Strawberry and caramel sundaes

A little dish of something cool and creamy is the perfect finale to your meal.
250 g, hulled, thinly sliced
Low fat crème caramel
Extra light sour cream
8 individual, to serve
20 ml, or Frangelico
- Place strawberries and Frangelico in a medium bowl and toss to coat. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Place crème caramels and sour cream in a bowl and stir until smooth. Divide half the crème caramel mixture between 4 small serving glasses.
- Top with half the strawberry mixture. Repeat layers and serve with almond bread.
TIP: You can use any type of liqueur, such as Frangelico, Grand Marnier or brandy.
