Ingredients

Peach(es)

2 medium, halved, stone removed

Nectarine(s)

2 medium, halved, stone removed

Apricot

2 individual, halved, stone removed

Maple syrup

2 tbs

Ground cinnamon

¼ tsp

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat a chargrill or barbecue over high heat. Cook fruit, cut side down, for 1 minute each side, or until charred (do not overcook, see tip).
  2. Meanwhile, combine maple syrup and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Drizzle hot fruit with syrup and serve topped with yoghurt.

Notes

TIPS: Cover the chargrill or barbecue with a non-stick silicone sheet to stop fruit from sticking. When stone fruits are not in season, you can grill other fruit, such as pineapple or banana. VARIATION: Add freshly grated orange rind sprinkled over yoghurt.
