Steamed beans with craisins
Not only do the garlic and cranberries brighten up this salad, but they also add a rustic sweet flavour to these greens.
500 g, trimmed
2 clove(s), thinly sliced
¼ cup(s), (35g)
- Cook the beans in a medium saucepan of boiling salted water for 4 minutes or until just tender. Drain.
- Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until browned lightly. Add beans and cranberries and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
