Popcorn, kernels, unpopped
Dried chilli flakes

1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Place kernels in an air popper (see tip) and cook following manufacturer’s instructions.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Lightly spray popcorn with oil. Sprinkle chilli mixture over popcorn and stir to combine. Transfer popcorn to prepared tray. Bake for 2 minutes or until crisp. Serve.
Tip: If you don’t have an air popper, place popcorn in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a plate and microwave on high (100%) for 3-4 minutes or until popping subsides.
