Spice roasted carrots with honey, garlic and thyme
Multi-coloured baby carrots look cute enough on their own roast them with honey, garlic, thyme, sesame seeds and coriander seeds to turn up the flavour.
32 individual, 3 bunches, multicoloured, halved if large
8 clove(s), unpeeled
2 tsp, corainder seeds, crushed
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Combine honey and olive oil in a large bowl. Add carrots and toss to coat.
- Place carrots and garlic on prepared tray and sprinkle with thyme, sesame seeds and coriander seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender.
