Oozing melted chocolate and marshmallow, this American-style campfire treat is quick, simple and seriously scrummy!

- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Place half the biscuits, top-side down, on a work bench. Place 3 marshmallow halves, cut-side up, on each biscuit. Top each with a square of chocolate. Sandwich with remaining biscuits.
- Wrap each biscuit stack in foil and place on a baking tray. Bake for 5 minutes. Carefully unwrap and discard foil. Serve with raspberries.
Tip: If you don't have access to an oven, place parcels on a preheated barbecue for 2 minutes or until marshmallow and chocolate melt.
