Pumpernickel bread

160 g, (16x rounds)

Light cream cheese

2 tbs

Cucumber

1 medium, cut into 16 thin rounds

Skinless ocean trout

100 g, flaked, skinless, smoked

Whole grain mustard

2 tsp

Lemon juice

1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Spread the pumpernickel rounds with the cream cheese. Top with the cucumber and smoked trout.
  2. Combine the mustard and lemon juice in a bowl. Drizzle over canapés to serve.
