A play on a classic salmon and cream cheese bagel, but with an extra crunch. Can’t find bagel crisps? Swap for bruschetta chips or mini toasts.


Olive oil

2 tsp

Lemon juice

1 tsp, fresh

Mixed salad leaves

4 cup(s), (120g)

Red radish

2 medium, thinly sliced

Red onion

¼ medium, thinly sliced

Smoked salmon

120 g, torn into pieces

Capers, rinsed, drained

2 tsp

Salted bagel crisps

30 g

Light cream cheese

2 tbs


  1. Whisk oil and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add salad leaves, radishes and onion and toss to coat. Divide salad between 2 serving plates. Top with smoked salmon and sprinkle with capers.
  2. Spread bagel crisps with cream cheese. Add to salad plates. Serve seasoned with black pepper.
