Beans are a great source of protein, fibre and carbohydrates. This smashed bean, tomato, olives and fetta wholegrain wrap is sure to satisfy and provide you with energy.


Ingredients
Canned mixed beans
170 g, (1 x 420g can) rinsed, drained
Tomato(es)
1 large, coarsely chopped
Black olives, drained
6 individual, kalamata variety, thinly sliced
Reduced fat feta cheese
25 g, crumbled
Lemon juice
1 tsp
Whole grain wrap
80 g, (2 x 40g)
Cos lettuce
3 cup(s), (180g) (6 baby cos leaves)
Instructions

Place beans in a medium bowl and mash with a fork. Add tomato, olives, feta and juice and stir to combine. Season with pepper.

Top wraps with bean mixture and lettuce. Roll tightly to enclose filling. Serve.
