Smashed bean, tomato and feta wrap
Canned mixed beans
170 g, (1 x 420g can) rinsed, drained
1 large, coarsely chopped
black olives, drained
6 individual, kalamata variety, thinly sliced
reduced fat feta cheese
25 g, crumbled
whole grain wrap
80 g, (2 x 40g)
3 cup(s), (180g) (6 baby cos leaves)
- Place beans in a medium bowl and mash with a fork. Add tomato, olives, feta and juice and stir to combine. Season with pepper.
- Top wraps with bean mixture and lettuce. Roll tightly to enclose filling. Serve.
