Ingredients

Brown onion

1 medium, chopped

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Turkey breast mince

500 g

Canned red kidney beans, rinsed, drained

1 can(s)

Canned diced tomatoes

1 400g can

Taco seasoning

1 sachet(s), (1 x30g)

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

Lightly spray a medium non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring for 2-3 minutes, until softened. Add mince and cook, stirring to break up lumps, until browned. Stir in beans, tomato and taco seasoning. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until thickened. Serve.
