This tasty dip is the perfect accompaniment to fresh veggie sticks and can be whipped up in no time at all.

Ingredients

Extra light cream cheese

100 g

Reduced-fat ricotta cheese

125 g

Semi-dried tomatoes

100 g

Garlic

1 clove(s), crushed

Lemon juice

1 tbs

Fresh rosemary

2 tsp, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Process cream cheese, ricotta, tomatoes, garlic, juice and rosemary in a food processor until almost smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.

Notes

SERVING SUGGESTION: Carrot, red capsicum and celery sticks.
