Semi-dried tomato, ricotta and rosemary dip
This tasty dip is the perfect accompaniment to fresh veggie sticks and can be whipped up in no time at all.
Extra light cream cheese
Reduced-fat ricotta cheese
1 clove(s), crushed
2 tsp, finely chopped
- Process cream cheese, ricotta, tomatoes, garlic, juice and rosemary in a food processor until almost smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Carrot, red capsicum and celery sticks.
